The staff is lovely but the ADMINS ARE THEIVES! The sales rep LIED AND CHANGED THE DOCUSIGN CONTRACT STEALING OVER $1000 from our family! Then my Mother was denied a . REFUND and we have called and called and these CROOKS do not return calls and NEVER RETURNED HER MONEY. THIS IS A RACKET. THEY NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO DEATH! You constantly have to advocate and watch these people. They have layers of administration who are all about grossly profitting from your ACH! Find another senior living solution! ALSO WORST FOOD ON EARTH!!! Your complaints fall on deaf ears and the facility is FILTHY!
