The site is very difficult to navigate
The site is very difficult to navigate. Most supplements r pretty much offered in a very high dose where it might be better to start slower n build. Some products I needed were not available.

The website is easy to use. Several items out of stock.
The website is easy to use. I was very disappointed in three of the items I usually purchase were out of stock, no alternatives, waiting list or information if those items would be continued to be carried or a time estimate when they would be back in stock.

Dear Troy, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We have already heavily discounted the cost of Vital 3 and this is why it is excluded from most promotional offers. You can save on the price per bottle of Vital 3 and the shipping cost by setting up the order on an automatic recurring shipment. We can understand the frustration of waiting for a shipment especially if international shipping wasn’t noticed at the time the order was placed. We do have a shipping policy on our website which states “All orders are shipped from Hauppauge, NY USA.” The shipping policy clearly explains that we are shipping internationally and to expect 7-14 business days for the delivery of the package. We can confirm we have shipped the order the first business day after it was placed, which was April 10, 2019, if you do not receive with the expected amount of time we would want you to contact us directly.
