I have been a customer of Bronson since the early 90's. The quality and variety of products is outstanding. I have never been disappointed by a product that I have purchased from Bronson. I call most often as I like to talk to the customer service personal. Everyone I have ever talked to has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. An order placed on Monday most often gets to my house in 3-5 days. Back orders are automatically filled with out my having to reach out with another call. I will be purchasing from Bronson as long as I am using vitamins, herbs and supplements

Order not Received
I made an order via the uk website but haven't received it yet. It was a bank holiday when I ordered but I have checked the status and it says complete. The reason why I am writing on TrustPilot is because when I send an email to their email I get a reply saying that the email address is not in use. I fell like I am being scammed. Is the uk site a fake clone or is it legit? Update 30/05/19: I have now received my order. I have increased my review to 3 stars. I'm assuming the order status said complete before I received because it was an international order with no way to track delivery but it did make me sceptical a bit.

Order online 17/04/19. Took them over 2 wks to dispatch, still almost 4 wks since the date ordering I’m still waiting for the product. A few emails and phone calls but no response!! Updated (to reply to Bronson)!! 3 issues here 1. A few emails was sent prior the shipment date but none reply from Bronson. 2. A few calls was made but never got reply, only auto response that they’re too busy. 3. Ordered on 17/04/19. Received confirmation email that the item shipped on 26/04/19. Took over 21 days for the item to arrive.
