The customer service department is not…
The customer service department is not qualified in any shape and form to deal with customer unsatisfaction. Their approach towards customers is rude ,unprofessional and inappropriate. May be the products you can purchase from this company are good / can't comment as I haven't tried the product by yet/ but just hope that you don't get in contact with their unprofessional customer service as if this happen I will guarantee you that you will never order a product from them again, as I will do .

Dear Janeta, We are sorry to hear you feel as if you did not receive good customer service when reaching out to us. As I understand from reading the notes on your account and discussing the situation with my co-worker, your concern had to do with the customs charges assessed by your government. I am sorry if our prior customer service agent did not explain the situation well. I will try to explain the situation. We have our shipping policy on our website which states “All orders are shipped from Hauppauge, NY USA.” The shipping policy explains that we are shipping internationally and to expect 7-14 business days for the delivery of the package. We are sorry if you did not notice the shipping policy at the time you placed the order. Additionally, any charges assessed by the Local Governments for Customs or Taxes are not collected or resubmitted to us, we do not benefit in any way by these taxes being assessed. The order can be refused and returned to sender if you do not want to pay these tariffs. We do offer a full and complete refund on the product, you are welcome to return it and we will refund all funds that we have been paid. We do want to ensure you are satisfied with your service. You can call us at our international number 801-443-3005 during normal business hours for further assistance.
