Hemant, We are so saddened to hear that your credit card data was compromised, we take data security very seriously. When you originally reached out to us over email, we immediately escalated your concern to our web team and performed an audit that is above and beyond what we typically do to assess if there is any malicious code or any problems with our website, none were found. As you know from the voicemails that were left for you, we comply with all the Payment Card Data Security Standards, required to ensure that all of our customers' private cardholder data is safe and protected. One such safeguard as conveyed over the voicemail left for you is that credit card data is never stored in our website, nor in our companies Database. They are immediately processed by the credit card processor and we are given and approval token (or Denial) and we just store the results of the transaction outcome, not the card data itself. This itself is a huge step in protecting the customer because there is no data that can be stolen. As stated before, we are saddened to hear that your credit card was compromised, and wish you the best in getting that resolved, we do want you to know that we take data security very seriously and do not feel that your credit card was compromised while conducting business with Bronson Vitamins.
