BroderftReviews of broderft.com

Scam! Do not buy from this company! I ordered an item for Valentine's Day two weeks ago, with the company advertising it would be here in time. Lo and behold 3 days prior, no updates on shipping, I sent an email. Support responds saying that it would not be here in time for the 14th. After a thorough look into it, the email response was sent with Chinese lettering script and when I enter the webpage on my PC, my AntiVirus program blocked it and marked it as a "fake e-store". Overseas companies creating fake pages to take money without a guarantee on said items. Beware of pages like this and others you see on Social media.

Brodenft may be able to create a nice hoodie sweatshirt but I’ll never know because they don’t use a courier that can deliver packages. Then Brodenft repeatedly informs the customer to go to the courier location or stay home and wait for delivery. The courier states they don’t have a physical location and can’t delivery the package due to address restrictions. There aren’t any restrictions on my address. Brodenft hasn’t offered any solutions or offered a refund. They haven’t offered recreating the order and shipping through a different courier either. I paid $7.99 for delivery and I haven’t received anything. Renee K Very Disappointed

I only received part of my order. I sent several emails in the past with no response regarding the missing item. It was ordered 45 days in advance and still did not arrive on time for the special occasion

The shipping was fast and my husband loved the gift! It turned out great!! Thank you so much !!!

Awesome quality and design

Very nice and I haven't seen this item anywhere else to purchase.

BEWARE!!! I placed an order with expedited shipping on 01/7/26. Today is 2/6/26 and I still have not received my items. I have been communicating with customer service and keep getting mixed messages. One message says my items are ready to ship and then other messages say my items are in production. Either way a month is more than enough time to complete an order.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Placed an order and never received. Custom mock neck college sweatshirt. I emailed them and got an automatic response that gives the run around and in the end of the email it has Chinese characters. Also if you look up the address (which I didn’t do beforehand before placing my order) it is a random building in WY and doesn’t even have the name of the company on it. This is a scam Chinese site. Be aware!
