I recently purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz from a dealership and needed it transported to my home. Since the vehicle was coming straight from the dealership, I wanted everything handled carefully, so we arranged an enclosed trailer. Mike took the time to explain the difference and helped organize the shipment so the car would be protected during the trip. The coordination with the dealership went smoothly, which honestly saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to keep calling back and forth because everything was already scheduled properly. The driver arrived prepared, loaded the vehicle professionally, and the transport went exactly as planned.
