I was treated to the old bait-and-switch by Broadway Auto Transport. I booked them a month in advance for a cross-country move; they gave me a quote and demanded several-hundred-dollar deposit. Then, just ONE DAY before they were due to pick up my car, they told me there was a “driver shortage” and I was fortunate they could book a truck for $500 more than they’d quoted me. I said no thanks and asked for my deposit back. I never got it. Please stay far away from this dishonest, sleazy company.

The company gave one price quote during the call and another price quote a few days later. They were also inconsistent with times and dates of available pickup and significant delays with locating drivers to render services after receiving my deposit for the vehicle services. I had to travel back into town twice to meet them to pick up the vehicle. They took my deposit on 2/6 for pickup of the vehicle on 2/7. They didn't pick the car up until 2/22. The communication was poor and I was told a few different pick up times and dates. The service not only cost me an extra flight but also time away from work and hotel fees. Would not recommend.

do not use this company NEVER AGAIN they can even STEAL your vehicle and they are NOT BASED ON NEW YORK if they tries to proof it and let them to proof this company based on UZBEKISTAN not MAIDEN if you want you can go 1 MAIDEN LN FL 5 NEW YORK NY 10038 this company not even exist in USA choice is yours dont be victim of scam company. Safeeds transport inc and Broadway Auto Transport they are the same as mentioned do not use that overseas and scam companies

Scheduled an open carrier for a car weeks in advance of pick up date only to have a "middle man" call me the day after pick up and say it was triple the cost originally quoted. I text with the middle man constantly asking for a time for pick up and he assured me all was good and would let me know. For resolution he told me to email support people which I did. Never heard back. Total scam.

I read the review and did my due diligence before I decided to use this company. For the most part things started out positive. I called and got a person that had a difficult time with the english, (that should have been my first clue) but against my better judgement I moved forward and explained my situation. After a pain staking conversation we came up with a price and time to pick up the car so I made arrangements with the seller and he set time aside time to meet the driver. The long and short of this review is ( 5 days later and countless hours the car was never picked up. The final straw was a phone call from the company telling me that if I wanted the car picked up it would cost three times the quoted price.) I terminated the contract because it was clear that the car was never going to be picked up and they continued to raise the price with one excuse after another . After fighting to get my money back I moved to another company. with the new company I was not asked to make a deposit or to signed any contracts and was not under ant obligation to make a commitment until they found a driver and after I agreed on the price. The new company found a driver and within two days I had my car for the agreed price and time.

Terrible experience where do I start after booking with company they decide to call a day before that they had someone coming to pick up my truck after clearly making arrangements in a the next day after that wanting to charge me extra money for looking for another driver! Which I didn’t agree on and gave the dates I need the truck moved. After find a driver to pick truck my car battery died after putting in thier lift . I instructed the driver to call me when he got close so I would have my mechanic standing by the driver took it upon himself to try and started the vehicle himself the night before delivery and leaving the air filter out of the vehicle on the seat ! He didn’t even call to tell me he was close and then get upset that I’m wasting his time ! He didn’t communicate very good English and neither did the company! Text back and forth they had the nerve to tell me that I paid for standard fee does that mean?? I paid for a service and expect the respect!! So as I told him standard service means — service paying more money you get quality service !! Do not use them if you only want to pay for standard (——) service ! Not even apologetic for the driver they sent !!

Entered into a contract on 2/26/24 for my car to be shipped from FL to MD for $600. Car was to be shipped on 3/19/24. I texted regularly to confirm pick-up time and was told by text on 3/15/24 that "it's set." Received a call on 3/18/24 advising that they couldn't ship unless I paid an extra $400. Reason was not given. I agreed because I needed the car shipped.

This company is horrible, we had a terrible experience with Mr. Dustin Gray while trying to ship our vehicle from Indianapolis to Texas.. They write me at a quote for $650.00 while other companies were quoting us well above, then they tell us they have plenty of drivers, and that we are good to go with our shipping date. We paid $156.00 for a deposit. My sister in law took a day of work to stay at home in order to ship the vehicle and on the pick up day no one shows. My husband called Dustin back and he told us that he was trying to find drivers because the quote was too low, but they were the one that quoted us .. They : “Broadway Auto Transport" Dustin was unprofessional and never call back instead of he sent someone else to call my husband to inform us that he found a driver but we needed to pay $1,000 to ship our vehicle. The guy on the phone was yelling at us like we were the ones who made the mistake.. my husband then requested a refund and we decided to find another company.. We ended up paying $1,000, but at least we didn’t pay the money to Broadway Auto Transport.. The refund took almost a month , we requested the refund back in February and finally Justin sent us an email yesterday (15 March) to inform us that the refund was sent. So I caution everyone trying to ship a vehicle. Don't use this company, they will quote you low to get the contract and then they will ask you to pay more… Be careful..
