Excellent service! I would recommend to all my British friends !!!

Very responsive, clear directions and procedure and took much less time than I expected, both to do the document stuff and to get my docs (which should be delivered today, just over two weeks later!). This is a service I recommend!!

Zanna Sabre was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. I give British Pro my full endorsement.

I needed a renewed British passport stat, and a name change. The HM passport office made it seem a long process, and I panicked and kept putting it off. I had a month left to get one (I'm leaving for a holiday back home in under 2 weeks now) and I didn't know what to do. I discovered British Passport Pro online, and researched them. I felt nervous giving information, such as copies of my marriage certificate, and green card documents, etc, but I called them up, and Zana instantly made me feel at ease. He has a great personality, and goes above and beyond for his clients. He walked through EVERYTHING with me step by step. My new passport was at my door only 10 DAYS after I started the process. My copies and documents that I used came back two days later. My flights are booked, I am all set, and I cannot wait to get home and hike around the Lake District in 11 days! If you guys are in a pickle, use British Passport Pro! They are professionals and really do put their clients first. Thanks guys!
