We had a loan with them, six months later coronavirus hits, they give me a temporary payment plan things are smooth. Then July 1 2020 they call and state we are ending the temporary payment plan ok no problem July 2 2020 I get a harrasing call telling me they will now report the temporary reduced payments as insufficient payment to my credit report unless I settle in full with them
Response from BriteCap FinancialJul 8, 2020
Dear Mr. Hiteshew We apologize for the miscommunication and misunderstanding regarding your loan during these challenging times. We can confirm that as long as you continue to make the agreed upon payments as part of your repayment plan, then we will not be reporting any negative payment information. A team member will be reaching out to explain this in more detail. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any further questions. Sincerely ForwardLine Team

Applied for a PPP loan through ForwardLine and the communication in the beginning was subpar and although I really wasn't expecting to get a loan since I'm a "true" small business, didn't get any response weeks after applying when I asked about the status. Terrible service.
