We received a preapproval letter from this company. I called to tell them that the person on the letter was unknown to us and has been not associated with our company. Not one of the three employees that I spoke with would help with resolving this issue. They would not allow me to speak to their fraud department or a supervisor. I was told not to worry about it because...... Well sorry I am going to worry about weather someone is attempting to use my name or my companies name illegally.

Hi Lynda At BriteCap, we pride ourselves on upstanding business practices. BriteCap’s direct mail solicitation is an invitation to apply for business financing and is not a credit card. The invitation is based upon qualifying information BriteCap receives from the major business credit bureaus and final approval for funding is based upon verification of certain business characteristics, including recent business revenues and ownership. We apologize for your experience when you called. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring a positive outcome for you. You can contact us at [email protected] if you have any further questions or concerns.

Below what you wrote is total LIE. Brite Cap Financial is not 20 years old and you can find that on corp lookup. You have changed names multiple times to scam people. My Elderly dad has been one of them by so called JON. O' Blanda which I send all his emails and payments to state of California Board and filled a compliant with a local DA and soon will be reported to TV stations too. We are proud to have supported thousands of small businesses across America for the past 20 years, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please reach out to us atwith more details about your experience. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring a positive outcome for you.
