Placed an order although bought one extra item I didn't need they contacted me to confirm that I really wanted it I didn't so they took it off my bill very helpful and I'm very pleased the shaver works excellent!

This is by far the best beard and body grooming tool on the market I love using this as my grooming tool it's quite powerful and has the best build quality of any product I've used this is a must buy !!!

The best trimmer I have ever owned.

The blade is wider than standard beard trimmers. It is a great body hair trimmer too. The #1-2 blade guard broker within few weeks of use and I had to pay for a new one which was around $7 or so. 2/5/19 Update: I never even thought of telling Brio the guard broke, I just purchased a new one. HOWEVER, once they found out they promptly refunded my full purchase for the guard. Great customer service Brio!!!

Didn't need much service, but the service I got was great! I was foolishly a bit finicky with ordering, and was a bit indecisive, but thankfully the person who helped me was able to meet my requests. :)
