I have been using my excellent Brio Beardscape for a few months, but sadly lost the unique power lead. The battery lasted for quite a while, but eventually drained. I then sent a message to customer service asking how to get a replacement lead and was sent a replacement FOC via Amazon.de which was unexpected but much appreciated. Excellent customer service!
