Great product and such great service. Got my new charger really fast as well when I lost mine.

So the trimmer is amazing. It’s got great shears on it that can handle just about anything. I mean this by I went having a full beard and cut that sucker off with only a few swipes instead of having to come back and keep on hitting the same spots. I also love that this thing has multiple different lengths that you can use on the shear itself. The customer service is also really good and very responsive. I emailed them about a wrong address and they helped me out and made the whole experience very pleasing. The bad: I will agree with the other reviewers and say the clips that clip on were an after thought and they do the greatest job at managing lengths and/or snapping onto said trimmer. I wish Brio would fix this as this is a truly great trimmer with lots to give but this is its one major fault that keeps on being over looked.

I bought the Brio Axis directly from Brio's website and it arrived at my door 2 days later. They didn't charge me anything for expedited shipping. The website is one of the best I've seen, just pick the trimmer you want: Axis or Beardscape and pay with PayPal. No gimmicks, hidden fees, or ads. I got an email receipt immediately and they even followed up with a text message to thank me for my purchase. Also got a discount code to encourage me to buy from them in the future. Probably will.

Great product

Good products, and being able to buy directly keeps costs low. The Brio toothbrush works very well for me, much better than a manual toothbrush. Replacement heads are reasonably priced.
