Product did not come with promotional carry case as described. This is not the biggest deal but would like to have it. The trimmer is a solid built product and heavy. My review may seem negative but I’m happy I bought it as it’s better than the alternative for a great price. The guards are super difficult to change and I believe will ultimately fail with constant changing. I have a medium thick beard and it does not cut the best so I have to go over the same area several times. The motor seems quiet but I just don’t think there’s much power. Though still better than other cordless clippers. The design is very good for accuracy and allows for good visibility. This is the main reason I didn’t retun it. The guards allow you to trim under your nose with ease because they are not super long. Plus they are rounded at the tip so they don’t poke you like most other clippers do. Overall I am glad I bought it. Every cordless clipper I’ve used requires going over multiple times, at least this one doesn’t irritate my face doing it. It’s well made so I won’t replace it every year like other brands. The price is great for a high quality product, just wish the design was better in some areas.

Great product, works great. Customer service was top notch. I had a shipping issue and it was resolved in a very professional manner the next day. The reason I give 3 instead of 5 stars is because the product's trimmer height adjustment gets stuck. The adjustment button moves but sometimes the trimmer doesn't follow (it gets stuck).

I purchased the brio Axis. This is a great company with passionate employees and quality built products. However while the razor is built like a tank and is super affordable it just doesn't perform what is intended purpose is. I actually find myself going back to my Andis T outline trimmers more and more unless I need something cordless. It constantly pulls the hair instead of cutting it and the closeness of the Shave is frankly unacceptable for a trimmer. I purchased this item on the recommendation of a few talking beads within beard communities on you tube. I honestly would not recommend this trimmer and instead look at Oyster or Andis brands instead for quality and closeness of shave. Again great company, just a poor product...

The reason I gave three stars is mainly because the guards that go on the blade are very hard to put on they slip and the blade actually catch you

I was very excited about this trimmer but other than a ool design its no more special than your usual store bought trimmers, also, not water proof which is very inconvenient and the trim attachments are very poorly designed, they fall off during trimming strokes and dont fit the trimmer properly, I wouldn’t recommend, save your money and get the same trim results from a cheaper store naught brand that’s also waterproof

The overall feel of the device is high quality. It feels like a very nice shaved. However, the heads were, unfortunately, easily breakable. One even arrived with a crack, that easily snapped shortly after use. I think the plastic used is just too stiff, and as they are items that will repeatedly be switched out, it’s a major problem that they break so easily. Now I’m left wondering whether I have to buy a whole new razor just to get one of the heads back. A bit disappointing.

I make the order to Greece which is a European country. The hair trimmer was good but I couldn't charge vit out of the box because they didn't include an adaptor to European outlet. That's the sad part and the fact that I had to pay import fees.

I like the shaver but I find it doesn’t cut all the hair in a pass. I think the blade itself could have better build quilaty then the plastic hair lifter it should be all metal construction.
