BrioReviews of brio4life.com

Great product and great service!

I broke one of the guards for my Brio, sent a message to their customer service and they had a replacement guard out to me right away. Super easy. Even had a real person email me. Shortly after that I dropped my Brio into a sinkfull of water. Turns out the Brio isn't waterproof - they make no claim to be and was clearly my fault. I again emailed their customer service to see if they could somehow assist me and, to my surprise, she gave me a 50% discount code to buy a new one. She could have easily said that it wasn't covered by warranty and I'd simply have to buy a new one at full price. Once again, pleasantly surprised by Brio's customer service. Top notch!

By far the best beard trimmer I’ve had. It’s the only trimmer that has gotten as close a cut to my neck and not be a straight razor. It’s ergonomic, light, and quiet. I encourage you that if you’re on the fence like I was about getting one, just do it I doubt you’ll be disappointed.
