Outstanding product!

At first, I didn’t receive confirmation from my order. So I waited a day to see if the email would pop up, and nothing. Called and they were closed as it was a Saturday. Monday morning I receive a call from Felicia who was a very nice customer service expert! She handles everything with so much precision it’s not even funny! Turns out, my order was all good, I had just misspelled my email address and it was attempted to be delivered the day before (a Sunday). The product? I don’t even have to say, just look at the other comments. It’s almost like buyin a new iPhone! Would give both the product and the service a 10 star rating if I could!

First and foremost, the Beardscape is second to none the best hair/beard trimmer I have ever tried. It’s quiet. It feels great in hand. It’s heft is perfect. The battery is insane. Precision. Quick and sharp cuts. By far one of the best, if not the best! Just love it! And then, the customer service. I’ve been contacted by Brio, several times. Just to see how I’m doing. How is the trimmer. Reminding me to register the trimmers for its warranty. Just outstanding customer service. They really care. Thank God, I have had no reason to contact them. And hopefully I won’t have to. Brio, keep up the fantastic work!

Great price - smooth operation - nice case! A trifecta!

I've used a cheap store-bought trimmer for years. When I saw the ad in so many of my favorite youtube channel I decided that it would be the best choice for an upgrade. It far exceeded my expectations! It glides like butter, feels of good quality, and the screen with the maintenance indicators is a huge plus. Great trimmer, Highly recommend.
