I thought it was better than a battery operated electric toothbrush like Quip or Burst, but not as powerful as a Sonicare. I don't feel it made my mouth feel as clean as when I use the Sonicare or Oral-B

Cut me a few times. The grey reminds me of something not modern. Pricey for what you get.

I was excited to get this product as many youtubers said it was by far the best out there. Certainly in terms of tech with a screen that lights up telling you how much battery you have left is impressive. In terms of actual cutting though, I have still have to shave the neckline and cheeks because this product just doesn't cut close enough. I don't want to constantly look like the last time I trimmed my neckline and high cheek areas was two days ago, it is obvious. All the other tech is great but I am very disappointed in what a trimmer is actually supposed to do....trim.

Info I do not like the attachments! The pull hair!!

I'm used to another brand of trimmer with the motor being stronger and faster. This one, the motor is slower and weaker. I'm guessing it uses a 1.2 volt rechargeable battery.

The Brio is by far the best I have found for trimming my facial hair. However I sometimes find myself going back to my other trimmer due to the guards not fastening very fast or secure. If I am in a rush I'll go with another trimmer. If I want precision and the best overall trim Ill grab the Brio. Also be forewarned that when you place your product ID in the site for the warranty, you will get so many unwanted web pages popping up on whatever device you use. Nothing I have done has fixed them from popping up.

Everything about it is great EXCEPT, I was really disappointed that it didn't come with 1mm-2mm attachment which is what I use for my beard for the look I want. So, I have to pay extra to order it now.

Turns out it came from UK so I kinda feel ripped off.
