We are just starting our business and Brilliant POS had exactly what we needed. Not only was the system efficient, affordable, excellent rates, but the company was not demanding and pushing for things we didn't need. In fact, Brilliant POS knew what we needed after telling them what our business entailed and how it would operate. If that's not enough, the system comes with education on how to use the system to make our business more functional and successful!!!

Brilliant POS has been amazing. We've owned a flower shop for 5 years now and decided to finally jump over to a POS system instead of the regular old cash register about 6 months ago and I'm so glad we did! This has been great and everyone has been super helpful. We had a glitch with our first system, it worked for awhile and then would shut off and not come back on. Called customer service and they shipped me a new one and I had it the next day! Plugged it in and everything was there and ready to go! Someone is always available when I have a quick question! If you're on the fence about it....just do it! You won't be disappointed!
