So glad I called Brilliant POS, they have everything I need to run my new retail business. All involved have been so pleasant to work with. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Awesome people to work with. Every aspect of the process was taken care of. They walked me through every step. The system is easy to work with and easy to train staff on. At any point that we have a question they are there and ready to answer.

So far so good. I am working with Corrie and she has been a big help. We have a problem with the label printer but they are sending me a new one. We will be going live with it tomorrow.

Very satisfied with this service so far. Makes organizing our activity and reviewing sales reports much easier! Hard to imagine running a business without this now that I have tried it. Also, my Account Manager, Jason Bell, is probably the most helpful and informative rep I have ever been glad to discuss my options with. He was very patient with me, even accepting my request to check back in with me once a month while we worked to get our business off the ground. Once we were finally ready to move forward, he patiently and efficiently provided all the information we needed to make our own decision, without once ever giving us the "persistent salesman" feeling that most new businesses have to struggle with. Overall, extremely satisfied with the variety of payment options and resources.

Our sales representative was Corrie Brannan and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the software and how to get the biggest bang for my buck. I contacted Clover months before opening my business and reached Justin and I loved how nice, energetic, and professional he was. Once I was ready to open he had all my stuff ready and we flew through the process. It was nice because opening a business takes a lot of your time but he made this part of it very effortless on my end. The customer service offered is definitely worth every penny!
