I have been working with Brilliant POS for a short period of time. From day one I was sold! I loved the open, honest and effective communication. I am also new to everything I didn't feel rushed, even if I felt like I didn't know what I was talking about. I was told its okay and everything was explained in full details. During my purchase I ran into an issue with my bank. I thought this was not going to be a successful purchase. However my representative dug into the issue and told me everything I needed to do. I procrastinated a little due to other things going on in life. Brilliant POS was very patient didn't rush me with that and once I got everything together on my end. My purchase went through and I had my merchandise within 2 days!!! I also want to add that I have never sat on hold waiting to speak to anyone! I have full access to my representative when I need! He is very effective and efficient with his work! I'm grateful and blessed to be working with Brilliant POS!
