Best decision I’ve made as a new small business owner
As a first-time small business owner I had A LOT of “stupid” questions and Stuart at Brilliant was amazing at answering all of them clearly, concisely, and sometimes repeatedly. :) They’re incredibly knowledgeable about their products and flexible as needs and timelines changed. Highly recommend!

Brilliant POS has been a wonderful company to work with. Our business has been with them since April 2022 and service has been great! The POS system is awesome! We use the handheld portable system and recently upgraded to the Duo System. Highly recommend and Tim Crane has been a great product advisor to work with!!

Great Customer Service!
Matt Tilson has been extremely helpful with my understanding of the POS Clover system. I feel he has answered all my questions and provided info that I would not have thought to ask. I especially appreciate that he checks in to see if I need anything but is not pushy. I look forward to working with him while setting up my POS as I know he can explain things well and give me analogies to help me understand all I need know. Appreciate his expertise! The date only allows one day and I have had contact with Matt multiple times.

Great customer service from the start
Great customer service from the start. Matt walked me through everything I needed to start up my new business venture. My machine came in quickly and had already added great convenience and easier transactions. I would recommend Brilliant to any business.
