BrillianteersReviews of brillianteers.com

I was very hesitant to purchase a diamond online. Brillanteers was absolutely amazing. They even priced matched when I found the same diamond cheaper at another jeweler. Trish and Garbiel were very attentive, responsive and helpful. They even sent me a picture of my pendant when it was finished. My pendant is absolutely beautiful. Words cannot express how happy I am with my purchase. I highly recommend this jeweler. Five-star service! Thank you so much!!!!!

The shopping experience was wonder. Communication was great and prompt and we received the ring in a hood amount of time. Definitely going back to get the wedding bands.

I had been looking for a diamond ring for quite sometime and couldn’t go past Brillianteers prices. I was a little nervous purchasing from an overseas site but they were very helpful and communicative during the process and the ring was delivered within 2 weeks from placing the order. I have had the ring viewed by a local jeweller when received and he confirmed the diamond quality and even said that he couldn’t see any inclusions in my ring. I am beyond happy and can’t believe the value for money.

Customer service was by far the best experience I’ve had with a retailer in such a long time. The ring was made and shipped on time and once it arrived photos just dont give enough detail. It is perfect!

The 2.25 ct diamond ring was an upgrade to the original engagement ring in advance of a planned trip celebrating our 33 years of marriage. The ring surpassed my expectations and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely recommend Brillianteers to friends!

First, I LOVE my ring! The process to order was easy, and if I had any questions, they answered quickly. Great customer service and I can contact Brillianteers if I have any issues. Their prices are just right, and the selections are beautiful!

I was referred to Brillianteers by a friend. I was helping my son shop for a ring for his fiance. I don't know a lot about diamonds but with a little guidance from Google I learned what benchmarks to look for. The one thing I did know was that buying from a chain store in a mall was out of the question. The diamonds are small, poor quality and overpriced. I was looking for a place to shop that wasn't that! And that is exactly what we found a Brillianteers. We got a good quality diamond for a reasonable price. A very easy shopping experience and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I love the ring
