Very Disappointing Experience I placed an order with Brillianteers Diamond Studio two months ago, and I still haven’t received my purchase. Three weeks ago, the company provided me with a FedEx tracking number and assured me that my order would arrive soon. However, the tracking information still shows that the package has never actually been shipped to FedEx. It is extremely frustrating to wait two months for an order, especially after being given a tracking number that shows no actual shipment. I have been patient, but this level of delay and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honest updates and realistic delivery dates, especially when purchasing expensive jewelry. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Brillianteers Diamond Studio to be cautious. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The ring I bought came extremely fast, after the payment went thru which only took 24 hrs, it shipped immediately and I got the ring in about 5 days or so. I had to sign for it, so you know it wont just be left on your porch. the Price was the first thing that was excellent, the price beat the appraisal value by a lot! and the ring is so beautiful it looks exactly as I thought it would, the rings really do look exactly like the picture, and I love the customization ability. all in all I would definitely recommend!

I'm a bit disappointed on the lack of response clarifying the details of my diamond before postage ect. After multiple emails attempting to attain important information, I'm still yet to get a response to my question

Purchased an engagement ring in 2016. Beautiful everything looked great and received an appraisal for about double what we paid. All good. Fast forward 2025- husband wants to upgrade my ring. Go to get ring appraised for trade in and am told from 4 different jewelers ring is worthless it is something called "clarity enhanced" and worth about $800 which is 1/10th what we paid. Devastated obviously, I have attempted to Reach them and no one picks up the phone do not I repeat do not buy from them I will remove this review and all the others I'm going to write if they do the right thing. The customer service is phenomenal. They are helpful every step of the way. I asked for a video of the item, and they provided it. Everything is such a smooth process, and on top of that, I adore the ring that I ordered. I highly recommend this company!
