So many points of great service. From my first inquiry on the site, I received a reply right away, which was great. Having a short intro call with a real person available was also wonderful, so I could know if they were the right fit without lots of back and forth. Appreciated knowing that tax preparers were also experienced expats. Along the way, the advice I was given was sound and in a timely manner. Also, my return was prepared much faster than originally estimated, which was also a pleasant surprise. My preparers were efficient, kind, and thorough.
