User friendly portal and good communication

I tried Bright!Tax for the first time this year. From a tax team, I expect clear communication, an expected timeline, and accuracy on the forms. My Bright!Tax team exceeded my expectations in all categories. My emails were adequately responded to within two business days, even when my primary contact was out of the office. The team gave me an expected timeline of 6-8 weeks and delivered the complete service in 4 weeks. For the first time in the five years I have filed, I did not need to make a single correction on the tax forms. I expected at least some minor mistakes, but everything was perfectly in order. Most importantly, I am a full-time university student who has to file my taxes each year during my final exams. Taxes are extra stressful for me due to the added academic pressure.
