Brightpath - My Financial Savior
I was in the midst of getting cash out refinance. Like most of the people, I started contacting big name mortgage companies. Because it's a Jumbo cash out refinance I had 4 of them working at the same time. A couple weeks later one by one they came back to deny my applications for lack of income ration or Loan-to-Value ration. In the past I heard about Brightpath from WSB Atlanta radio station. It's a Saturday afternoon I decided to give them a call. Surprisingly there's a real person to answer my call. I talked to them of what I've been through in the previous applications and they quickly outline what I need to do and prepare for. They really shared my concern and urgency on this matter. I stayed with Brightpath for the next 3 months. We're going through layers of documents and requirements. They always conducted methodically and professionally. In the end Brightpath was the only one out of five mortgage companies to pull it through. Looking back I was so glad that I made that call to them on that Saturday afternoon. They really help me to have a "Brightpath" of financial certainty. I can not thank them enough.
