Helped me get cash out of my home with a home equity loan. Quick closing.

There were a few minor bumps, but over all I was pleased with the service & I closed on time in my new beautiful home.

Overall - it was a pleasant experience. We did have some trouble getting timely answers to certain questions and got a number of incomplete responses. However, they did deliver on saving me money and time in closing. And even when we made some late term changes, they were able to accommodate.

I feel very good about my experience with Brightpath. They were very easy to work with and took care of business. Terry communicated very well and took care of everything. I feel like the process went well and was very easy to complete. I would recommend Brightpath to anyone wanting to get a mortgage or planning a refinancing.

Refinancing always takes a great deal of information, and much of it has to be delivered at the last minute for some reason. Despite that fact, I felt Brightpath did a very good job of helping me to navigate the roadblocks. Things could have probably gone a little smoother, but all in all my loan closed, I save money every month and I would use them again if I needed to.

Overall smooth process. There was a little more back/forth with negotiations around final terms/rates. There were errors made on settlement statement where taxes/insurance escrows were not calculated correctly.

Great service, quick turn around times.

There were a couple unexpected moments at closing with regard to numbers that were cleared up but other than that, the experience was smooth.
