Sharlett Brightmeds Care Coordinator
Sharlett Brightmeds Care Coordinator, customer service for address change after signing up was great. My address wasn't recognized during signing up and I needed help changing it from my mother's to my home. She was able to not only change it but updated it with the pharmacy so the meds would come to me and I wouldn't have to drive to another town. She was super helpful

I gave BrightMeds 5 stars as a direct result of support given by 2 Care Counselors, Jonathon and Lenore. Due to the inherent challenges of dealing with an online company, the one thing that a customer can hope for is responsible customer support. Both Jonathon and Lenore listened to my concerns, addressed and rectified each with a sense of urgency and care, and quickly followed up with me to assure my satisfaction. This was my experience with BrightMeds and I suggest it isn’t an isolated case. Linda Swisher

BrightMeds Tirzepatide is a Winner!
Service reps are knowledgeable and helpful. But, most importantly, the medication that was delivered really worked for me. After the name brand became unavailable over the Summer of 2024, I switched to Brightmeds and my weight loss not only continued, but increased. And, for me, side effects were minimal...maybe even less than name brand.

Customer Service is great!
I have needed to talk to customer service twice since I became a member in April and both times they have been great! Fast response and took care of my needs right away. I am glad I am a customer and the medicine is working great too!
