My experience has been wonderful and I received my medication on my doorstep in only 2 days. Sharlett who is a care coordinator helped me along the way and when I tell you she went above and beyond her call of duty….she truly did. She’s an excellent part of the team and such a gem! She made my experience super easy and very pleasant. Thank you Sharlett!!!! You’re the best!!!! I’m starting my medication tonight!

If I had to sum up my experience with Brightmeds that word would be smooth. Everything unfolded exactly as the sales representative explained that it would. I'm 68 years old & my weight was stuck at 237 pounds no matter what I did. Three months later I'm at my goal of 200 pounds. The medication is super helpful but even so you have to do your part. I read & reread the notes the MD sent to me each month, designed my own diet and here I am feeling light & great!

Great Company! No long quiz’s and strange request to be done that really in no way help the patient. You pay the money for the medication and it’s shipped in a couple of days. Then they send you a reminder when it’s time to refill. They give you the choice of paying for the medication instead of making you automatically debit it out of your account!!

My medication was supposed to arrive on tuesday .UPS sent me the "delivered" notification but when i went out to check it was nowhere to be found.I was so frustrated because i was so excited to start my wl journey.Few hours later i contacted BrightMeds Customer Service and i wasn't really hopeful but guess what ,the next day the shipped me a refill that arrived yesterday .The medication arrived with 3 ice packs that seemed to be freshed out of the freezer ,PLUS a month worth of pills in cause of nausea and of course the standards alcohol swabs and stuff .When i tell you i was impressed... Another good thing is they offer a great discount for the first month 100% would recommend!!!
