The people who work at Brightmeds are wonderful! My questions are answered, I never am made to feel foolish about what I ask, kindness is in their tone, and satisfaction is always the end result. Kevin is a wonderful person to speak with and receive help from.

Brightmeds offers exceptional service. Customer care coordinators are responsive and helpful. Docs respond and take good care of you. Highly recommend Brightmeds as I have been with them a year. I am 73.5 lbs down and still going!

I have received treatment from…Brightmeds
I have received treatment from Brightmeds for the last several months and I am down over 40 pounds. Slowly but surely I will achieve my goal and that is due in no small part to the excellent service I received from Bright meds. Signing up was simple and keeping in contact with the doctors and staff was easy. It was painless. And let me tell you being down 40 pounds is excellent on my joints and is leading to more activity. Viv, especially went above and beyond addressing my dosage concerns in lightning speed, which is inconceivable in 2025. And thanks also to Johnny who worked closely with me (when my email was out) to get my prescription filled. Amen. I highly recommend Brightmeds.

Wonderful experience!! Somebody from the company contacted me via email after my inquiry. This person was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Signing up was quick and easy. Medication delivered to my door within 4 days!
