The support at Brightmeds was extremely prompt in responding to a delivery issue I ran into with my last prescription. Although the problem was entirely with UPS and not Brightmeds or the pharmacy, support was more than willing to help resolve the matter. Fortunately UPS did figure things out, and Brightmeds support encouraged me to continue to reach out with any future questions or concerns. I did some thorough shopping around before deciding on which company with whom I'd get on a Tirzepatide program. I'm convinced I made the right choice. Thanks Brightmeds.😊

Bright meds has been extremely helpful and easy to work with these past 7 months. I’ve lost over 70 lbs since August 2024. There are no requirements with Bright meds and they are friendly and helpful when I call or email. They answer promptly. Really appreciate their help with my weight loss journey.

I started on tirzepatide with BrightMeds in March 2024. We travel and they were always willing to send the medication to the address we were currently at. The website was easily used. Emails sent asking for help or with a question were answered promptly. Were it not for the current legal standing of compounded tirzepatide, I would have stayed with them. I did not want to transition to semiglutide so I elected to sign up with Eli Lilly program. I lost 54 lbs March-December on this compounded medication and have seen no real difference between compounded and brand name medication.

The cost is affordable and they do not charge extra for the monthly check in. I have lost 38 pounds in 5 months and I feel so much better physically as well as mentally. I have quite a bit more to lose but with Brightmeds I’m getting it done and I want to say thank you for your weight loss product and for genuinely caring. It’s very refreshing.
