I am very happy with Brightmeds and the all the support they give . They answered all my questions, emails, texts and phone calls! They worked with me on shipping dates when we travel.Their staff is very helpful! The weight loss program has worked well for me . When I had trouble with heartburn, which I‘ve always had and the treatment amplified it , they gave me advice for a different over the counter to help and that took care of it ! I started at 200lbs biggest I have ever been and so far down to 153lbs ! Exercise is important for muscle tone and weightloss.
