I was having problems with my billing i use fsa to pay for for my medication and since its the end of the year im close to topping off for the year so i reached out and was going to try to split the balance between cards and they waived the $14 difference which helped a ton! They were very helpful and kind and understanding.

This company is excellent!! Their professionalism and communication have been better than visiting my local Doctor at his office. I honestly feel as though Brightmeds has been a far better experience!! They are flexible, quick to respond to any and all needs, helpful and always available. When I needed help with a prescription refill, pausing my prescription or changing it - I had no problem at all!! When I couldn’t afford the fees, they even helped me with the costs. Excellent service!!
