Customer service is excellent if you use the chat feature. The tirzepatide works - I've tried semuglatide from a compound pharmacy and it did not work. This compounded tirzep actually works.

Brightmeds is all they say they are but more. How many places fix a problem with the products not arriving and makes it right even though it was FedEx fault. For 5 days I waited for FedEx to find the product that they'd lost..I emailed Brightmeds and they sent me another one with no questions ask.. I received it 2 days later. Thank you Brightmeds..not only have you helped me with losing weight you've helped me feel better by taken Glutathione...I have more energy, feel better mentally,and my skin and hair feel and look better. So if you're thinking about giving GLP-1 or Glutathione a try don't waste anymore time just give it a try I guarantee you'll be extra excited about yourself and your life. I was sooo confused when I got my script and it looked like a lower dose than what I had been taking.. 8 asked the Dr for an increase.. I got my medicine in the mail and it was actually a lower dose so I messaged customer support they tried to explain it to me but I wasn't understanding it so I messaged back then they broke it down for me anyway I could completely understand that my prescription had actually been increased but the concentration was more even though the dosage was saying less than what I have been taking thank goodness they clarified that for me because I was about to have a fit great customer service . I had messaged them last night and they got back with me the next morning thanks bright meds
