Final Update At Very End ***I came back ( I used BRIGHTMEDS in past for Compound Trizipetide prior to them dropping it) because I had a positive experience in past. This time I’ve been waiting going on 2-3 weeks after the med was supposedly sent to the Pharmacy ( Red Rock). My neighbors ( 2 different folks same pay out of pocket Trizipetide- both max so. larger dose) received their meds from 1 WILLOW thru Red Rock no problem and ordered after I did. The other neighbor same dose thru RO from Eli Lilly pharmacy. Im STILL waiting for BRIGHTMEDS to pay the pharmacy to send me the medication. They definitely aren’t being transparent. Disappointed. Update- after reading BRIGHTMEDS response below: I’m sharing that prior to reading it I had reached out to customer service by phone and spoke to a rep. I asked if the med is really not being sent because I was offered and paid for the $99 deal? I was assured no that they wanted me to be able to recieve the 1st medication as they advertised and allow me to experience- common sense right? Now they are saying that I have to renew for another month to receive the 1st order already paid for ? What kind of bs is this?! Update- I received the medication today. The customer care was exceptional. And it’s the maximum dosage. I appreciate making this right.

My husband's prescription for anti-nausea meds ran out. I spoke to Nema at Bright Meds and she was able to arrange for a renewal of my husband's anti-nausea medication. Nema went above and beyond to help us! So glad we are using BRIGHTMEDS for his GLP1

Support has been fantastic. I have tried other providers of GLP-1 meds and their support not nearly as good as Brightmeds. Happy to be back with this company. If it’s a little more expensive, it’s worth it!

I've used Bright Meds for well over a year now and have had the best luck with them! Everything always arrives right on time and it's quality medications. But the most important thing to me is customer service and they always have a human ready to help you and with a great positive attitude! 🌞 They are always so helpful and you don't feel like your bothering them, they are there for you to help make your life easier. Roman is my favorite so far. 😊 But they've all been so helpful.
