I went through the process and ordered the medication and had my visit with their provider. Received meds first month, but since I live in a state other than NY or OH, I was told I have to order 3 months at a time through a different pharmacy. Same price, just 3 months at a time. Not a big deal, and customer service called me with apologies and explained everything to me, the rep was very kind. So I’m leaving 4 stars because it’s still a fair deal and they will communicate with you directly. If anything changes, I’ll update.

The customer service staff has been easy to work with. My only issue so far is that the package was delivered with both ice bags broken and the contents of the ice packs got released. The product was fine and the first injection was fine.

Signed up as a new customer on Saturday. Dr wrote the prescription on Sunday and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. On Tuesday, my meds were overnighted to me and I received on Wednesday. The Brightmeds support was great and the packaging from the pharmacy was very good. The meds did arrive warm and the ice block melted which was surprising for overnight delivery but the enclosed temperature monitor indicated it had only been warm for a brief period of time.
