This company operates fraudulently, they promise a rate and then hike the rate, they sell you based on a lenght of time but then refill your prescription and bill your credit card fraudulently. Avoid doing business with them at all cost.

This company is HORRIBLE!! I made an order which was already a very long wait. Filled in the information and paid for the medication. The only time I could get into the site is by logging in a password and the only thing you can see is a place to contact them. At no time did I log in to make changes to my order! I could not get to my patient portal ever. I called no response on delay. Then it finally shows delivered and it’s Ann incorrect address. They blamed me saying 3 min before my order I went in and changed to the wrong address meanwhile it was days before that i made the one time purchase. They said I made more than one sent me false screen shots and said I did this but will gladly give me another prescription at full price! How insulting is this ? I have gone back and forth thru email because no one calls you back. They are a fraudulent co. for simply blaming the customer and I have proof I never received or changed anything! Why would I do that why would I mak two orders days apart and give the wrong address the second time ?? I would not I did not and they don’t care how bad this is for their company. STAY FAR AWAY

It started great 1st month, 2nd month got charged, waited few days for tracking number, nothing. On 7th day still no tracking number, got email got another charge from brightmeds. Contacted CS and they realized I was charged twice, yet told me give them 48 hrs for tracking of medication and refund of the overcharge. Another 7 days goes by get email to be patient for my medication also that after I get it there won't be any more dropkits avail , there will be alternatives, please give them another 48 hrs to fix it. I told CS I giving them 8 days for something and i just get the run a round i felt as i just got scammed. SoI contacted my institution filed a dispute of possible scam,( i told brightmeds CS about me calling it in about possibly get rip off) calmly she said "I can understand how you feel". Just give us 48 hrs to resolve this matter.

I received my medication HOT when clearly it’s supposed to be refrigerated! Customer service was awful, insisting it was fine! I’m not injecting any medication that should be refrigerated and arrives Hot! They were awful to deal with, gave me the runaround, so I canceled my subscription and my credit card company refunded me the cost…which brightmeds refused to do!

I was using brightmeds for 5 months and for one the Dr wouldn't prescribe me the proper dosage to really help my weightloss but to add to the problem they state the medicine can only be in the heat for x amount of time I was out of town working when my script was due. I emailed I called I attempted to have them send it to my location they refuse to stating they were worried that it would get lost and/or left out so I said fine ship to my house waited for the shipment to drive home so that I would be there on the day the shipping label said it would be delivered I explained all this to them I let them know that I would be there but that I am working out of town they then decided not to do Saturday delivery with a company that does not have customer service so there was no way to get the package so the package set in the delivery companies hands for 5 days making the compound or I should say medicine no longer working correctly I simply asked for them to ship me a new working medicine to my location as I had to drive 7 hours back to where I was working they proceeded to spend hours upon hours on the phone arguing with the fact that they don't have the medicine they're not issuing a new one because it's not their fault I explained many times I paid a lot of money to get a medicine that works and I'm already not have the medicine for two weeks because they're late on getting it after hours and hours on the phone they told me they call me back the next day they canceled my account no explanation no conversation canceled my account canceled delivery and no longer will answer their phone

Sent wrong product .Very slow with response.Refuses to refund.

I had sent an email message asking them not to send my second month’s refill until after March 28 as no one would be home to receive it and put the compound in the refrigerator as directed since me woukd be traveling. They did nit respond to my greatest and sent the metrication on the 26th which then was left out too long and was no longer good. At approx $425 it is very expensive drug to waste. Their answer was I should not have left the meaaage in the monthly form I completed with the doctor, which specifically has a section at the end which asks for additional comments, Britemeds’ response to me is you cannot leave not medical comments on the doctors forms as they are independent consultants. How are we as customers to know this. When I called their customer service number they were not apologetic in any way and said I the guidelines it states not to Leave non medical questions for the doctors. But it did NOT say that at the section that was intended for customers to leave additional Questions or comments. Which would be more logical. Instead of reimbursing me the $425, or re-sending me my monthly refill they happily honored my request to cancel my membership. They offered no solution. To remedy this mistake of theirs. Lousy customer service. In addition, their syringes are very difficult to fill and the needles bend very easily in the bottle.

These guys suck. They will rip you off and send you meds that are half filled. Then they refuse to give a refund afterwards. Terrible experience and company.
