My husband and I are on our second box and are loving it so far! We plan 4 meals a month to specially fit the wine pairing recommendations and make a true pairing experience out of it. We also love that the bottles aren’t something you can pick up in any old liquor store. Highly recommend!

I tried other wine subscriptions but the others don't really try to understand your palate like Bright Cellars. They call you and really try to understand every little thing you might like and not like to give you the best picks for you. I'm staying with Bright Cellars. I also love that I can post pone boxes easily in case I have too much wine still in my fridge.

Everything is great. The only thing I didn’t like was when my payment method didn’t work, I wasn’t notified. Other than that, I love this service.

One of the big draws for Bright Cellars for me was the delivery. The two options for delivery companies either meant they wouldn’t attempt a delivery and you’d need to pick it up After multiple “failed attempts” or no flexibility to change delivery times resulting in them returning to sender. If you email them about this the best they can give you is a partial refund minus the 25 dollar delivery fee. This company is full of vultures.

This is a great deal and when I ended up needing help with adding to an order, their customer service was stellar and they were able to help me quickly and efficiently.
