from start to finish I found the bridge wood hotel to be excellent their events co_ordinater camilla was so so helpful in organising the events room for my daughters hen party making sure the room she gave us would accommodate all what we had planned for the day/evening . Billy was in charge on the day and so helpful in helping us to set up a slide show we had done making sure the picture was clear and sound perfect . I cannot fault this hotel as anything requested by us for this event was never any problem for them and the day/evening went perfect my daughter was over the moon with it all and that was what it was all about . well done bridge wood. Mandy Turner well done bridge wood you done us proud .

What could go wrong, went wrong during my stay at the Bridge Manor Hotel. Whole ingredients and side dishes missing in meals, booked a spa session for an hour and half and only received and hours treatment, really poor customer service overall. A lot of young staff, with no senior management to guide them and show them what good customer service looks like. Really disappointing!

As a wedding photographer, I have had the privilege of capturing numerous special moments at Bridgewood Manor. This charming four-star hotel located in Chatham is an ideal destination for those seeking an escape to the beautiful surroundings of Kent. Bridgewood Manor boasts excellent amenities and a convenient location that is close to Maidstone and just a short distance from Leeds Castle. This makes it easy for guests to explore the area and discover all that this beautiful county has to offer. The hotel provides guests with everything they could ever need during their stay, including free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. The luxurious spa and well-equipped health club are a wonderful addition, providing a relaxing escape for guests to unwind in. Squires Restaurant and Bar serve up delicious cuisine, and the beautiful inner courtyards provide a tranquil environment for guests to enjoy. Bridgewood Manor is not only a great destination for guests, but also an excellent wedding venue. The hotel has a number of meeting rooms and on-site parking, making it a convenient choice for guests attending a wedding. The hotel's facilities, combined with its charming surroundings, make it the perfect place for couples to exchange vows and create unforgettable memories. Overall, I highly recommend Bridgewood Manor for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Chatham. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service ensure that guests will have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Kindest regards The Kensington Photographer

I would stay away from this establishment! their policy of not refunding after cancellation and after providing proof of covid test shows that they dont care about their customers and their focus is on money. As an organisation that doesn’t want to encourage people with covid coming to your establishment the minimum you could do is encourage people with legitimate result to cancel. This policy encourages people to come with the fear of losing their deposit.. I will be getting in touch with my credit card company and looking to make a claim under section 75
