I had a flat tyre. Usually go to Bridgestone but husband went to a large company tyre place in rosebank road avondale. They didnt even look at the flat tyre but suggested he pays $180 for new tyre!! He then went to Bridgestone in rosebank road. The guy there found a small tack causing the flat and immediately fixed it and charged $40. My advice to anyone is got to BRIDGESTONE first. Same good service at Moselle ave too. Thanks Bridgestone.

Shame there tyres explode AA knows and removed all tyres from there fleet my local tyre center also knew but they done nothing about my tyre or damage to my van if you have Bridgestone i would replace them

Simple constructive advice. Do not purchase Bridgestone tires. They wear out prematurely and their customer service is a joke. Buy Michelin or similar good quality tire when you can!!

Bridgestone changed the type of runflat tyre from RFT to Duraguard but kept the same product name Turanza T005. Consequently I spent months driving with unstable ride with incompatible tyres. Two different tyre suppliers and BMW main dealers did not identify the cause (and are still not aware). Had to replace nearly new tyre. Also have had two flat tyres with this make on little worn tyres this year.

I bought 4 Bridgestone Potenza tires less than 2 years ago and they have less than 10,000 miles. During my auto inspection I was informed that the tires have dry rot and are not safe to drive. I have reached out to Bridgestone on their website to inform them about my tires. I never received a response. I would not recommend their tires to anyone.

I purchased a set of Bridgestone tires based in part on the advertised rebate program, and the rebate experience was extremely disappointing. I followed all instructions carefully, submitted the required documentation within the deadline, and confirmed that everything had been received. Despite this, the process became unnecessarily difficult, with long delays, poor communication, and inconsistent information from customer service. Once I finally received the rebate on a virtual Mastercard, it was impossible to use. No store or bank would honor the 'card'. I was told to use it online which I tried but you have to purchase an item, including tax worth exactly the $120. No one allows you to use two cards. The balance then becomes unusable. What should have been a straightforward rebate turned into weeks of follow-up and frustration. At times it felt like the system was designed to discourage customers from actually receiving the advertised rebate. The tires themselves may be fine, but the rebate program significantly affected my overall experience with the brand. I will not purchase anything from Bridgestone in the future or for that matter any company using this method to "reward" a customers purchase.

I had a puncture in my tire and had to have it replaced. I was satisfied with the tire, so I ordered two new ones. When I received the Bridgestone Alenza tires, I saw that the tread depth was only 7 mm. It is really sad that such a large company as Bridgestone engages in shrinkflation.
