Horrible company. Return policy was horrible. My wedding was cancelled because of Covid so after only having the dress for 7 days I wanted to return it and they charged me a huge percentage non refund to return it and I had to pay to ship it back $75. No remorse at all. And the dress did not even look like the picture but I was even okay with that!!

THIS DRESS IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE...PLUS I WENT THRU THE TROUBLE OF GETTING MEASURED FOR THIS DRESS AND THIS DRESS WAS SUPER SUPER SMALL AND I HAVE ACTUALLY LOST WEIGHT SINCE I GOT MEASURED FOR THE DRESS. THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT HAS CAME OUT OF THIS COVID-19 PANDEMIC IS THAT WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR WEDDING SINCE I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TIME TO FIND A DRESS ANYWAY. BRIDELILY...YOU REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE...I MEAN IN A DARK, BLACK HOLE.

The shipping took forever to come. As it turned out, prom was cancelled because of the corona virus, but the dress didn't arrive until 3 weeks past the date. And then it came in the wrong color. I'd return it, but I'm sure that would take another 6 months. Very disappointed.

If I could give none I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY; dress took 6-8 weeks to arrive from China, was nothing at all like the photo, and they would refund me after i sent photos as proof. Finally after threatening social media annihilation I got 50% back. The dress is still in our garage in the plastic bag and not even worth donating to charity! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🤬

Terrible! The dress I received looks nothing like the dress I ordered. It is cheap and tacky...sequins sewn on the straps (which was not pictured) and loose lace all over the place. Of course they won’t let me return it because of their “7 day policy” which is also a joke. Save your time and money. Not at all worth it. And don’t try to copy and paste your same “Hi Dear, please contact costumer service” response that we you do for every bad review. That’s even more proof that costumer service is just that...copy and pasted.

Don’t waste your time or money. Dress will not look like the photos. They say they are US based but that’s a lie. Cost to return is $70 from the US back to China. They keep 50% plus what you paid for shipping which doesn’t make sense. You get what you pay for

Communication was very poor...also you are meant to think that you are talking to someone in the United States and that delivery and shipping are easy. Absolutely not the case...website lacks clear information on the process of these dresses. It needs to say that it will be coming from “overseas” hence why it’s so cheap, and exact body measurements will need to be provided all over the body! Also-I can’t imagine what the return policy is like even though they say it’s easy...my dress wasn’t even made and they charged me for 30 percent of the total cost...so what they have to throw out that fabric?? Uhh use it on the next person that is measured... Poorly ran and a scam like everything else that comes from over there.

My dress came in looking nothing like the dress that was pictured, it was even two different colors and had a black stain. I could’ve used that $150 on the wedding dress I’m now gonna have to purchase. The shipping return cost is going to be more than the dress is worth. The dress was supposed to be coming from California, but has to be returned to China. Which makes no sense to me and screws you when it comes to returning the item. So now I’m having to pay half of what the dress is even worth to send my return to China, even though I won’t even be getting a full refund. I also emailed the company a complaint about all of this and have yet to receive an email back. Absolutely do not purchase a dress from Bridelily. I would go back and spent $2,000+ dollars on a dress than having to deal with the frustration of this company. I also wrote a review on the websites page for the dress I ordered and it has still yet to show up on their page. This was a week ago, so they obviously didn’t allow it to be on the page. Don’t trust their reviews!
