Horrible horrible horrible experience
Horrible horrible horrible experience. Dress is 3 sizes too small despite accurate measurements. Told via email complaint to “ have the dress altered “ (not possible) or “donate to someone in need”. ABSOLUTE fraudulent company that should be investigated by the BBB!! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!!!

Hi the dress is made to order and it is true to size to the size chart. And you are suggested to check the size chart when placing the order.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a joke. They claim to be based in the United States and they clearly are not. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. They are scamming customers and need to be stopped.

Hi we have an office in the united status and we also have worked with some factories to make the dresses overseas.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE FROM COMPANY IN CHINA
They sent a dress that wasn't even close to fitting, that's OK but when I tried to return immediately they refused to honor their own policy and said to take it to a tailor. The Dress couldn't zip in the back, it was 6 inches apart in the opening. A tailor can't fix that and I shouldn't have to do that regardless. They refused to even give back the 15 percent they said. I would never shop here again and they are located in China

Hi the dress is true to size and you are suggested to find a tape to mesure the dress to check whether it is the correct size. If we made the wrong size, we could remake one freely.

Do NOT BUY IT Is A SCAM!!!! Dress was used. Material cheaply made. Told there would be a 14 day return. and was told they would only give 10% and we have to pay shipping. Bad Customer service!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Don't buy ANYTHING from this company…
Don't buy ANYTHING from this company unless you are 100% sure of the color and fit because they WILL NOT take it back unless you pay to send it back to China. It cost me $44.00 to send the dress back. I went back and forth with them offering me ridiculous amounts of refund until I finally reported them to PayPal. Then they said they would refund my money if I paid to have the dress sent back DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Do not purchase from this company. They will not honor returns. Please save your money and shop only via Amazon. This company steals money from people and deliver poor products.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!
If I could I would give this company a 0. I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding which was about 3 sizes too small. I tried to return it and they wanted pictures of me in the dress (weird) and my exact measurements. Then they said will not return it because all their dresses are made to order. Then why didn't they ask me for my measurements BEFORE they made the dress? So I purchased a $200 dress that I can not return or even exchange for another one. Don't ever buy from them.
