Didn't receive product, no refund
Would love to review the product, was looking forward to brewing with it but never received it. Had my order delivered to a hotel in NYC over a 10 day stay. The order never made it to the hotel. The front desk didn't know anything about it, the delivery driver must have just left it on the street and signed it off as "delivered" as when I tracked the order it says order was received. When I called Brew in a Bag they refused to help, refund me or send me new merchandise. Basically paid over $100 for nothing, disappointing customer service.

Zander - you've gotten part of the review accurate. What we said to you was to check with the local post office and speak to the route delivery person as they have hands on delivery knowledge, and if that did not produce results to get back in touch with us. You did not do that. We did not refuse any of your requests because you did not reply, so we assumed it was found. The package address you provided - 145 East 39th Street, New York NY 10016 - was addressed to a woman - not the front desk, not hold for pick up. Frankly, when we offer a logical solution and then receive an exaggerated negative review without follow up contact, it confirms our spidey-sense that this is not the whole story.

The bag is very sturdy and arrived in a timely manner. I'm not unhappy with it, but it's very big. I ordered 16"×16" based on my mash tun OD and depth, but I wish I'd known that are made larger than the declared dimensions because I'd have ordered a size or two smaller so that it would fit snug and not fold over itself inside the tun.

The brew bag is sturdy and when used in my mash tun it provided for VERY clear wort and easy clean up. I am very happy with my purchase and should have added this back in 2014 when I started brewing.

Two Brews
I now have two brews in with my Brew Bag. My wort is grain-free and my efficiency, due to tightening up my mill, has gone from 73% to 83%.
