Noam - when you placed the order we required you to accept responsibility if the order was lost or stolen. We told you that there have been issues shipping to hotels in the past. To give us a 1 star review is petty. this is our correspondence: Joshua - please acknowledge that shipping to a third party address to hold releases us from liability if the package is lost or stolen. I'm familiar with your issue and wish you would have contacted us before spending the time to scrub it out as there are a couple of easier ways. Since the grain went into the seam - it will come out of the seam, and it doesn't require a toothbrush. Some people toss it in the washing machine and allow the turbulence and the water to take care of it. Others use a bio dissolving product like PBW to soak and rinse. And, you can also rinse thoroughly under the highest pressure available after use and hang to dry, then snap the bag like a towel or blow out the remaining particulates. Give any of those methods a try and I think you'll be much more inclined to using the bag. You don't mention if the bag actually made the mashing process easier, more efficient, or faster - but we know that it does all those things, so we think the bag worked as intended as you don't say otherwise. And, we've never had a one star review of the product - ever - so you're the first to put so much emphasis on cleanup and rate the product based on that issue. The fabric has to be sewn in the manner you see so that the seam will hold together under stress, otherwise the bigger holes in the 800 micron will not hold the thread.

Zander - you've gotten part of the review accurate. What we said to you was to check with the local post office and speak to the route delivery person as they have hands on delivery knowledge, and if that did not produce results to get back in touch with us. You did not do that. We did not refuse any of your requests because you did not reply, so we assumed it was found. The package address you provided - 145 East 39th Street, New York NY 10016 - was addressed to a woman - not the front desk, not hold for pick up. Frankly, when we offer a logical solution and then receive an exaggerated negative review without follow up contact, it confirms our spidey-sense that this is not the whole story.
