Aside from being more than satisfied with the Breo Box as a product, customer service is also top of the line! I had an ordering/ billing issue recently and assumed it would be a complete nightmare trying to get everything squared away. With the assistance of Aleks, problem was solved in a couple of emails. In fact, he went above and beyond the make sure my accidental orders were immediately cancelled and refunded within 48 hours. He is so kind, prompt and a diligent communicator. Outstanding service! Thank you.

I have been a subscriber since the second box. While I have not loved every item, I have found a discovery in every box. The items that were not for me have always made a great gift for friends and family. The customer service is responsive to any questions or issues. I subscribe to several subscription boxes and this is definitely one of my favorites. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I always love everything about the content in the brēō box especially the different colors of the boxes. I'm trying to find space in my basement to store them :-)
