I ordered the winter 2020 box with a discount code and checked out as a guest. The box was a disappointment but I thought I was done. Then I got an email saying my spring box was being shipped and my credit card was charged ($169, I think). I immediately emailed to cancel but it was too late for the spring box. I just received it and what a disappointment it is! I wouldn’t pay $50 for the whole lot - a “smart“ jump rope, hand warmer, lunchbox, book, travel bidet, grater, and a card game. The only item I will use is the hand warmer, which would have been much more appropriate in a winter or even fall box.

Thank you for the feedback :) With the broad scope of our products - tech, gadgets, kitchen/home goods, and lifestyle products, we know that each box won't be 100% appeasing to every subscriber, but hopefully you love at least a few items, and can gift the others. That being said, we'll definitely take this criticism and do our best to curate the boxes you (our subscribers) want! Yes, regarding subscriptions, you do have to cancel before renewals, but other than that, you can cancel or skip a box at any time We'd love if you gave us another chance to make it up to you in terms of the box quality, and if so, would appreciate if you reconsider your score, as this greatly affects our business, but completely understand if that not something you're interested in. They will take the money out without a reminder email that you are renewing! I have had many different subscription boxes and all will send a reminder email before renewal especially quarterly boxes. The most expensive box doesn't do that is unacceptable. Most of the items I received in the winter box were nice, the headphones are great. However the first sneak peek for the spring box I have no interest in and don't want.
