Noch nie solche unfreundliche Mitarbeiter bei Check-In erlebt. Sehr, sehr schade, da braucht jemand dringend Schulung, wie man mit Kunden umgeht!

Wiederholt super lange Wartezeit aufs Gepaeck, über eine Stunde.

I was with my husband and my kid. We passed the security and the out my kid on the side and search him. He is 5 years and the searching included touching his bum cheeks. Completely inappropriate. Also, when they searched me they touched me everywhere including my back part. More than touching they rubbed me, it was so uncomfortable. Please avoid this airport

The worst airport security I've ever been through in my life. It took ages and was absolutely chaotic. After passing through the metal detector I was patted down front and back, including lifting up my t-shirt and pulling out the waistband of my jeans to look down my trousers. Then I had to sit and take off my boots while they were taken to be put through the x-ray machine (why didn't they ask you to take them off at the beginning as in every other airport?) Once I'd gone through all this they called me aside because my liquids were in a plastic bag that didn't have a zip top. The bag had already been checked when I'd put it in the tray and had passed through the x-ray machine. I then had to go back to the beginning to a box outside security to buy a ziploc bag for 1€. I had to go through the whole patting down thing again, including looking down my jeans, even though I'd only been outside for 5 seconds to buy the bag. They then put my liquids in the ziploc bag and passed them through the x-ray machine again. A really horrible and embarrassing experience. Luckily I'd allowed plenty of time otherwise I'd have missed the flight.

Dieser Flughafen ist einfach nur eine Frechheit. 19:30 Uhr , Flug Verspätung, das einzige Restaurant/ Bar hat Feierabend!! Nicht mal in der Lounge gibt es was zu essen. Supermarkt auch dicht. Unfassbar

Eigentlich finde ich den Bremer Flughafen super. Mit dem Auto sind wir in 10 Minuten da, er ist übersichtlich, sauber und einfach goldig. Allerdings, was gestern wieder mal passiert ist, ist einfach unterirdisch und inakzeptabel!!! Und da kann auch keiner sagen, Personalmangel oder ähnliche Ausreden! Der Flieger ist zu spät aus der Türkei gestartet, wir sind aber vor der Zeit in Bremen gelandet. Super. Dann kommt man zur Passkontrolle, 6 Schalter geöffnet, könnte auch schneller gehen, aber ok. Dann kommt man zum Gepäckband. 🤬🤬🤬. Der Flieger hat quasi direkt neben der Gepäckhalle geparkt, und trotzdem hat es fast 2 Stunden gedauert bis wir unsere Koffer hatten. So viel Inkompetenz erlebt man nur am Bremer Flughafen.

Abfertigung geht schnell und problemlos. Jedoch ist die Ankunft eine echte Katastrophe. Aus Amsterdam kommend wartet man an diesem Mini Airport über 30min nach der Landung auf sein Gepäck. Echt schrottig wenn man bedenkt das die Flieger keine 200m weit entfernt parken 😅😂

Wer mit Sundair von Bremen fliegt, kann sich grundsätzlich auf Verspätung einstellen. Das ist allerdings kein Problem, wenn man Lounge Zugang hat. Problematisch ist es allerdings, dass Durchsagen in der Lounge kaum zu hören sind und man den Status seines Fluges dort nicht mitbekommt. Die Monitoranzeige ist auch ein Schätzeisen, einige Flüge werden als gelandet angezeigt, andere landen niemals. Unser Sundairflug z.B. ist wurde nie als gelandet angezeigt und wenn er nicht landet, kann auch kein Boarding stattfinden. Folglich verbleibt man in der Lounge und verpasst beinahe seinen Flug. Als man mitbekommt, dass man zum Boarding muss, wird man von einem alten Mann der BuPol noch unfreundlich angepammt, was natürlich wenig beeindruckend ist, nur nebenbei erwähnt. Es sollte überdacht werden, wie Benachrichtigungen übermittelt werden, oder aber technische Einrichtungen einfach wie vorgesehen nutzen.
