Disappointed Experience with TheBreakingTrade.com's All-in-One Membership
I signed up for TheBreakingTrade.com's $250/month All-in-One Membership based on their promise to pass a prop firm challenge or fully refund the membership fees within 30 days. Unfortunately, after two months of struggling with inconsistent results and being told the poor performance was due to a “market warm-up period,” they failed to deliver on the core promise. After multiple rounds of follow-up and negotiation, they eventually refunded the membership fee—minus $17 in transaction costs, which they initially promised to cover but haven’t refunded yet. More importantly, I was left to bear the loss of the actual prop firm challenge fees, which were significant. It feels like that aspect of the loss was completely disregarded by their team. While I hope they improve and eventually become capable of consistently passing prop firm challenges, based on my personal experience, I can’t recommend their service at this time. Be cautious and manage expectations if you’re considering their program.

Hello Ahmad, Thank you for your feedback, and we truly apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. You're absolutely right that the account ended up unprofitable (however the prop firm account wasn't blown, it was just down $800 from the total drawdown of $6,000) during your time with us, which is exactly why we honored our refund policy: “If you’re left unprofitable, you don’t pay.” We stand by that commitment and ensured your membership fee was refunded accordingly. Also keep in mind your plan with us was canceled at this time so we weren't collecting anymore payments. While we did offer multiple alternative plans at lower price points to continue having the trading robot trade on your account, those offers were ultimately delayed/ declined by you. If you had you opted into one of them, we would have reconnected your prop firm account to the trading bot keeping it active and not inactive, which is why you are upset because your prop firm account became inactive due to no trades. Your prop account balance dropped to $99,200, which, as we mentioned, was not a violation of the prop firm’s drawdown rules. However, the breach occurred due to account inactivity, not performance. Since prop firm accounts are tied to your personal login and identity, we’re unable to take action on your behalf unless your account is actively linked to our bot through an ongoing plan. In cases like this, it’s the user’s responsibility to ensure at least one trade is placed manually to avoid inactivity on the account if the bot is no longer connected. We tried to help prevent this by offering continued service through alternative plans. Unfortunately, without an active plan or manual trade, the inactivity breach was out of our hands. We appreciate you giving our platform a try, and we’ll continue working hard to improve both performance and communication around these edge cases. Wishing you success in your future trading endeavors. — The Breaking Trades Team
