breakdance.comReviews of breakdance.com

There is no other tool out there. Trust me. My ten year journey goes from DIVI via ELEMENTOR to BREAKDANCE. I joined in their first year of existence. Then revised all of my sites. Left unwilling clients behind. No regret. It's so slim, so direct. ( note: no one one paid me for this :) )

Support ready to help, excellent product.

Not sure why I've been this loyal... probably because I've already used three other very popular page builders... and while they all had things that were better... For some reason I bought in to break dance and placed my bets on them being the winner five years from now . Breakdance still needs to change their support culture, and listen to their users better. It feels like they've struggled to figure out how to take the best from their users and their own thinking, and basically just relied on their own thinking. But I'm moving this from a 1 to a 3 since 3.0rc came out... the beta was painful... but it looks like Breakdance could have the best AI page builder on Wordpress now. And support is less important now than ever. They've tried to marry what seems to be three different page builders into one...so still confusing at the moment... but if they can finally land on one design, efficient philosophy, then this could one day be a 5. Previous Review was a 1-star: Breakdance has gone dark on me... No response from their support team on any of my 8 support requests over the last 3 months.

Breakdance offers a 14-day trial, but I haven’t been able to activate it. I entered the Pro license key, but it doesn’t upgrade. I’ve tried multiple times, including uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, yet it still remains on the free version. I even tested it on another website, but it never upgraded to Pro there either. This has been a complete waste of my time.

I recently had an issue using Breakdance plugin in WordPress and reached out to customer service. I received a response within a day, and the problem was quickly solved by following their simple, easy-to-understand instructions. Their support has definitely improved compared to my previous experience—keep up the great work!

The Breakdance Support team is there when you need help: quick and precise, and always lending a helping hand to solve issues.

First time since 2022, that I needed support for Breakdance Builder. Finally, the issue was a simple basic setting that I overlooked, and not related to Breakdance. Great support when you need them. Kudos Breakdance Team!

BD support replies promptly to my questions and is always helpful. I choose BD over competitors for this big reason. I love the software and their support. (Some others only send me to a page with only a few options. And I dont get immediate answers.)
